I believe the HEADPHONE jack was an option as my 1st DEVIL RIDERS did not have & the small white "credit" button by others for Home use as there was notĪ FREE PLAY option in the programming due to European law restrictions (thinks) Which i installed to complement the shooter & soon will backlight for a bit of bling, The only "non standard" items are the red translucent "start" button by self ZACCARIA embossed logo chrome coin slot bezelĦ. ZACCARIA logo door label, chrome print on thick red vinylĥ. brushed stainless door with crackle finish surroundĤ. Theres some very nice detail here, ALL of which are standard fareģ. Ive attached some images of the front of the cab on my FARFALLA I'm another that would love to hear more of the history of these 3 Zaccaria Brothers that took on the mighty USA pinball market. Hopefully with the arrival next week of a whole container of these games, hopefully in very nice condition, I will then add onto to this thread with more info and maybe more pictures of some of the rarer games. In recent times, I have tried to import more and more of these games but it was always hard to locate them in any sort of numbers and more importantly, in nice condition. There were so many of these great games that never made it to Australia during that time. Operator wise, they only seemed to purchase the Devil Riders, Magic Castle and Clown in big numbers. I always like the Devil Rider game as it was such a hard game to master, trying to get the drop ramps to drop and then climb up into the top level to get the motorbike riding the big wheel. Those that purchased them, were always telling me how well they went on sites and how reliable they were to operate. I have always had a lot of faith in these games going back to the later 80's when many local operators at the time were offered these games at a much cheaper price then the USA made pinballs. Now that pinball owners and players are starting to look for something a little different, these games are now being highly sought after, due to their excellent artwork and gameplay. What beautiful looking pinballs all lined up together, these games certainly capture that look and feel of the 1980's.įor a long time these Zaccaria pinballs were the forgotten ones, as everybody raced to expand their collections with the familar Gottliebs, Bally and Williams games from the past I hope you enjoy this "Pinball Adventure" and maybe find room for one of these games in your home Its my intention to get familliar with each of these games an enlighten those interested on theĪnatomy of a Zaccaria Pinball Machine & how things are done "Italian Style" Marino, Franco & Natale in Bologna Italy, who's attention to detail, mech engineering, art & innovationĪre relatively unheralded or even unknown, amongst the wider pinball community They are impressive individually but together demonstrate the amazing achievements of 3 Brothers Magic Castle : 1984 : Australian Delivered : bought from NSW central coast : 9.5/10 Time Machine : 1983 : Australian Delivered to Perth & bought from original OP's storage : 9.5/10įarfalla : 1983 : US Delivered to Chicago Illinois : Imported from collector by self : 9.5/10ĭevil Riders : 1984 : Italian Delivered : sourced from TT the Pinball Shed : 9.5/10 ![]() My ZZZ "fantastic 4" are finally out of resto in my Pinball Shop (garage #3) & into the games room
